marked Fabergé, workmaster Henrik Wigström, St. Petersburg, 1908-1917
Oblong, with engine-turned panels, the sides enclosed by opaque white enamel bands, the base and hinged cover with similar white bands enclosing one of translucent blue, the cover later applied with a rose-cut diamond-set Imperial eagle, the sapphire-set centre enclosing a very small miniature portrait of Tsar Nicholas II, marked inside cover
