Document signed twice ("N.P. Earp"), partially printed and partly accomplished in autograph, Garden City, Kansas, October 9, 1883. 2 pages recto and verso, 9 x 3 1/2 in., a subpoena, from Ford County, Kansas, to command to appear the persons Levi Wilkinson, Eli Keysun, and Mark Smith, before Justice of the Peace Wheeler. Earp is the Constable who serves the paper, earning $55 for the effort. Morgan, Virgil and Wyatt's dad fills out one side of the subpoena with the date and the names of those served.
