gouache heightened with gold on paper, the two young men, wearing floral-pattern jamas, stand together in a meadow with flowers before them. birds and trees behind, gold and blue meandering vine, gold and coloured borders between gold rules, buff gold-sprinkled leaf - 16 x 9.6cm.
