Cylindrical, gilded, on three ball feet, the sides and hinged cover inset with four silver coins dated 1743-1783, on a crimson guilloché enamel ground, the cover with beaded rim and ball thumbpiece, with bevelled scroll handle, white metal, marked on base and flange of cover
