Circa 1650
Painted with a seated cat watching two butterflies in flight and in turn being watched by a kingfisher hovering over two small insects, beside rockwork, leafy clusters and foliage, the slender bulbous neck with a chilong holding a spray of lotus issuing leafy tendrils
