A KAKIEMON FOLIATED RIM DISH
Late 17th Century
Decorated in iron-red, green, blue, yellow and black enamels with a bird in flight looking toward another perched on a bowing bamboo branch together with a pine tree and flowering plum tree growing behind brushwork fences, chocolate rim, slight old damage
7½in. (19cm.) diam.
