A detailed planked and rigged display model of the French Naval Bomb Ketch Le Juste, similar to those kept with the French fleet in Aboukir Bay
with bound masts, spars with foot ropes, standing and running rigging, armorial figurehead, hair rails, anchors with bound wooden stocks, catheads, belaying rails and pins, capstans, gratings, mortars, swivel guns, companionways, shot racks and shot, guns in carriages and many other details. The hull, planked in contrasting woods with quarter cabin and transom decoration, is finished in matt varnish and mounted on three turned wood columns -- 20 x 22in. (50.8 x 57cm.). Glazed case
