A massive tin, commemorating FM Robert's Entry into Bloemfontein, 7in. by 7in. by 8in. (18cm. by 18cm. by 20cm.), with hinged double lid and serpentine sides, the inside of the outer lid bearing a paper label inscribed, 'Keen's Mustard/Genuine Fine/Made Only from Mustard Seed/First Manufactured A.D. 1742', the sides decorated with pictures entitled 'Lord Roberts entering Bloemfontein', 'Bringing up the Guns', 'Lord Roberts' Entertainment of the Military Attchachés at Pretoria' and 'The Outpost'; a tea-caddy 9in. (23cm.) high by 3¼in. (8cm.) diameter in the shape of an artillery shell, a small red-painted plaque on each side, inscribed 'Facsimile of the Shell/Memento of the Transvaal War 1899-1900', the base bearing label of 'The British & Benington's Tea Asson.
