Circular within enamelled wreath with outer pierced scrolls at intervals, the lapis plaque with applied enamel equestrian figure of Saint George slaying the dragon and pendant pearls, the reverse with black enamel interlaced scrolling foliage and strapwork, with supension chains and ring
