A Meissen silver-mounted saucer
The porcelain circa 1740, blue crossed swords mark, Pressnummer 2 and impressed cross mark to footrim
Painted by J.E. Stadler with an Oriental holding a striped parasol and seated on a chair on a fenced terrace with a large flowering shrub, the diaper border divided by four panels with flowerheads, the mounts with two pierced handles with scrolling foliage (some wear to centre)
