With lancet shaped steel bed set in brass headstock, hinged at outer end for varying positon of the bed from the horizontal to the vertical, solid brass face-plate with three adjustable dogs and pump centring assembly, compound slide rest with micrometer adjustment, tailstock with centring accessories for uprighting, adjustable T rest, helical gearing drive, on oak base
