The quartz Guanyin was a gift to Coward from Sir Charles Blake Cochran, and is pictured in the hallway of Gerald Road in an article in She magazine entitled Noël Coward's London Home home, November, 1955. Charles Cochran produced numerous Coward plays including Bitter Sweet, Private Lives and Cavalcade
