An Arita blue and white octagonal dish

with barbed rim, painted with a blossoming cherry tree amongst rockwork within borders of scrolling foliage, pine, bamboo and shaped panels of further blossoming prunus -- 14½in. (37cms) wide; and a blue and white teapot and cover with upright loop handle, painted overall with stylised scrolling foliage -- 7½in. (19cms) high. (2)
