marked Fabergé with Imperial warrant and with the workmaster's mark of Anders Nevalainen, St. Petersburg, 1896-1908, with scratched inventory number 14750
Of rectangular form, with ribbon-tied reeded border, the engraved waved sunray ground enamelled in translucent blue emanating from an oval laurel-leaf aperture enclosing an original photograph of Kaiser Wilhelm II, signed William Berlin Feb. 1909, with ribbon-tied oak and laurel-leaf wreath at each corner, wooden strut, marked on rim
