A GEORGE III MAHOGANY AND MARQUETRY SIDEBOARD
Circa 1790, altered in the Victorian period when the inlay was added
The tulipwood-banded serpentine top decorated with musical instruments and vines, over a conforming case with a central frieze drawer, flanked to either side by two deep drawers with banding and festoon swags, the left side of case with commode door, on tapering legs decorated with husks, on spade feet, with inscription 5115205, with French and Company inventory numbers 32969 and 50519x, brasses replaced
