Modelled as an Eastern woman, wearing lapis lazuli earrings, holding aloft a cactus leaf-form four-light candelabrum, on a circular base and fluted rouge marble pedestal with circular foot, the base inscribed F. BARBEDIENNE.FONDEUR./ELE GUILLEMIN/1872, electrified
