Ottoman Turkey, circa 1570
Of rectangular form, the turquoise blue ground with a complex design of interlaced Chinese cloud-scrolls with black outlines, details painted in coral-red and cobalt-blue, a narrow light red stripe border, crack, white metal frame

Lot Essay
