City mark only, probably for Hamburg, circa 1820
Slightly domed shield, the lower part with flower and foliate festoon supporting two Corinthian columns centred by applied Hebrew inscribed and crowned Tablets of the Law, fitted below with applied compartment for Shabbat and Festival plaques (plaques now missing), the applied convex open worked foliate crown above with Hebrew inscription: Keter Torah, on contemporary chain
