Album of approximately 80 albumen prints. Late 1860s-early 1870s. Varying sizes from 2½ x 3½ in. (6.3 x 8.9 cm.) to 7¼ x 10 in. 18.3 x 25.4 cm.) or the reverse. Some titled in the negative, some titled in pencil on the mount, blue/green leather.
Album size: 11 5/8 x 9½ in. (29.5 x 24.1 cm.)

Lot Essay

Mixed album which includes an interesting harbour scene in Muscat, a few East African coast views (possibly Zanzibar), individual and group family portraits, architectural views and street scenes in Edinburgh and Europe as well as a number of photographs of art reproductions.
