Oblong, the cover enamelled with a scene of boats on Lake Geneva, woodland scenery to the front, Alpine peaks with the Salève in the distance, with gold stiff-leaf border, the base engine-turned, with chased foliate border, the grille a repeating pattern of rosettes, impressed mark 'z57' on bezel
