early 19th century
Of spherical shape with cabriole spout and overhead swinging handle, enamelled around the body with ladies seated in a garden variously holding a qin, a fan, scrolls and a flower, the burner raised on four beast legs enclosing a ventilated shield and removeable wick holder and oil vessel, some small areas of restoration
