Yongzheng (1723-35)
painted and gilt with sprays of peonies and foliage within gilt scrolling foliate borders -- the saucers 4½in. (11.5cms) diam, (one tea bowl with restored section); a pair of famille rose saucers decorated with scenes of retreats in river landscapes -- 4 3/8in. (11cms) diam; and a famille rose bowl decorated with a continuous scene of pavilions in tree-strewn riverside gardens -- 5½in. (14cms) diam.
