Early/Mid-Edo Period (Late 17th/Early 18th Century)
Decorated in red, green and blue enamels and gilding on underglaze blue, with a central roundel with a peony and foliage surrounded by alternating lobed panels with floral decoration, the rim with waves and stylised cherry blossom, the exteriors with similar decoration on a geometric ground, with wood storage box
