A gold-plated sterling silver cigarette case given to Bette Davis by her longtime attorney and friend, Harold Schiff. This piece, which was one of Miss Davis' favorites, has an ingraving on the inside lid that reads To Ladyship from Lordship -- the nicknames she and Schiff used for each other.
