Composed of an upper tray, middle shelf and two rectangular drawers and resting on four bracket supports, decorated with a continuous landscape of a flowing stream and blossoming peonies in gold hiramaki-e, togidashi and nashiji against a roiro-nuri ground, the interiors of the drawers also roiro-nuri and the rims fundame, the drawers fitted with silver ring pulls--10 5/8 x 7¾ x 9½in. (27 x 19.6 x 23.2cm.)
