etching, circa 1635, on fine laid paper, with a partial Arms of Amsterdam watermark, a fine, early impression, the signature clear and distinct and with the diagonal scratch below it characteristic of early impressions, printed with a very delicate tone and with associated wiping marks near the top left corner, with unusually wide margins, showing the deckle at the bottom edge, an unobtrusive repaired paper flaw in the bottom margin, otherwise in very good condition
