Centering a bursting red, green and yellow stylized flower on striped similarly colored leafy splayed double-stem flanked by facing red and green dot-striped birds with red wings and red, green and yellow tails, enclosed by scrolling red, green and yellow stylized tulips, the whole surrounded by a green and yellow triple-border with red outlined and quartered corner blocks
