Lot Essay

Yasuhara Yoshinori (Gijo) was the son of Yasuhara Bijo (Yoshinori). The names of these two artists are often used. They both worked in the style of Rinsendo Mitsumasa (sometimes called Tsuji Mitsuo, fl. 1740). The design of these pieces is in the pure Rinsendo manner.
