Of cylindrical section carved from an ivory tusk and worked in high relief with scenes of village life, including a festival procession, a woman and children drawing pictures on a balcony, children playing on a veranda, children playing on a footbridge and farmers conversing under the trees, all in high relief surrounded by lush, flowering trees, signed and sealed on one side, fitted wood base- 19 5/8 in.
