TWO MATCHING SILVER GILT BOWLS, bearing marks for London, 1811 and 1814, altered, each molded circular, the ground chased with stylized flowerhead and broad chased band of spiralling foliate scrolls, between beaded borders, the lower part of the body chased and engraved with large flowering foliage, the eight lobed shoulder chased with alternate panels of a squirel, flower, bird, centering plain lobe, one engraved with crest, each on detachable raised base, chased with spiralling foliate scrolls--the base struck only with maker's mark FB--9in.
