A VICTORIAN SILVER MOUNTED ETCHED GLASS COVERED DECANTER, Sheffield, 1855, maker's mark MW & Co., shaped ovoid with long neck, etched with various foliage, the neck support, neck rim and flat topped hinged cover engraved with conforming motifs, with chain join to thumbpiece and neck mount--11in. (27.9cm.) high, together with a cheese slice, crest, silver stem and stained green ivory handle--London, 1790 and a French circular engine turned box and cover, the cover with painted scene and amber enamelled rim--circa 1900--3¼in.
