Bennett with scenes of maidens in rustic landscapes, one carrying a jug of water towards a cottage, the other holding a ribbon-tied wheat-sheaf within gilt oval wreaths, on spreading stems and square bases (crazing to glaze, one vase re-stuck and with repaired chip above stem, chips to one cover, one with minute crack underneath base), one signed, gilt crowned globe marks, circa 1895
