The shaped circular domed bases elaborately cast and chased with twisting scrolls and rocaille, rising to knopped baluster stems similarly chased, and with acanthus-clad campana-shaped sockets, engraved under the bases with the Royal cypher and the inventory numbers 39, 40, 41, 42, 43 and 44, marked on bases--9in.(22.7cm.) high
