Descriptive text by James Fergusson, F.R.S. M.R.A.S., printed list of illustrations, preface and title page, stamped Charles R. Mapp Cheltenham in ink on front blank and with printed bookplate Herbert A. Strong mounted inside front cover, half maroon leather, titled in gilt on spine.
