A 35.5cm. diameter terrestrial relief globe made up of twelve chromolithographed raised gores and two polar calottes, the equator graduated in degrees and numberd 1-36, the meridian graduated in degrees and lettered A-S twice, the oceans showing areas of depth and warm and cold ocean currents, the continents coloured according to height above sea-level with numerous physical and political details including mountains, rivers, deserts, grasslands, towns and cities, with oak meridian half-circle with stamped aluminium inlay divided in two quadrants, on rectangular oak base -- 43.2 cm. high
