Circa 1790, the dial signed Ant. E. Raguet à Eu
The circular open dial with Roman chapter ring and a calendar ring, surmounted by a biscuit porcelain figure of a Centurian, between fluted floral capped column supports with beaded, ribbon-twist and lion mask decoration, raised on pedestal bases fitted with mounts depicting trophies of war, raised on a plinth with turned tapered feet, the base to the plinth a later addition
