MAKER'S MARK OF PROBABLY THAT OF JOHN EAST, LONDON, 1732

Octagonal and with detachable domed cover, ball finial and sliding top, later engraved with a coat-of-arms within a shell, scroll and foliage rococo cartouche, marked on side, the slide and cover unmarked - 5in. (13cm.) high
