AN ATTIC RED FIGURE SQUAT LEKYTHOS, finely painted, a female figure wearing blue drapery and with a swan at her feet stands leaning with her left arm on a pillar looking over her shoulder to a seated female figure, naked to the waist with blue drapery falling from her hips around her legs, her hair cascading down her shoulders, she looks down at the phiale she holds in her extended hands towards a winged figure of Eros who stands before her and turns back as if taking something from the phiale, both female figures wear earrings, necklace and bracelets, all three figures, painted white with detail in pale brown and in relief, wear fillets in their hair and have traces of gilding; below the handle, composite palmettes, row of tongues above and below the scene, late 5th Century B.C.
