AN ATTIC RED-FIGURE SQUAT LEKYTHOS, with composite palmettes under the handle, the body decorated with scene of a winged Eros sitting in a tree with a pair of figures on each side, to the left a seated naked male and standing semi-draped female, to the right a similar seated female and standing naked male, Eros and the two women painted white with anatomical details in brown-red and jewellery painted gold, gold also applied to the wings of Eros, to the fruit of the tree in which he sits, and around the shoulder of the vessel, minor chips to rim and foot, late 5th Century B.C.
