TWO MAORI FISH HOOKS: a copper hook of curved, almost circular form with barbed head and stamped with the letter M, old label: N.Z. Fish Hook, 11.5cm. long, the other with bone barb lashed to the wood and pearl shell shank with twisted fibre, attached length of twisted fibre line, 10cm. long; a large Maori basalt adze blade, 17cm. long; another, 12cm. long; another of mottled dark green stone with old label: N.Z. Stone Chisel, 10cm. long; a stone implement or pendant pierced for suspension, 12cm. long; and a bayonet with old label: Piece of Bayonet found at Rahotu N.Z. near English Redoubt - A relic of the fighting against the Natives 1847-50 from Ramhaka(?)
