Lot Essay

Etienne Nauroy, maître in 1765

The stamps on these fauteuils are interesting. The E.T. Nauroy stamp is recorded by Nicolay (L'art et La Manière des Maîtres Ebénistes Français au XVIIIe siècle, Paris, 1959, p.96) as L.T.
