1968 TVR TUSCAN TWO-DOOR SPORTS COUPE

Registration No. NVN 229F
Chassis No. LW018
Engine No. 3051GBKH
Right hand drive.

The Tuscan evolved from the two other high performance sports cars from TVR, the Grantura and Griffith. Powered by the 195 horsepower Ford 289 V8 engine, this first series Tuscan is built on a tubular steel chassis with all independent suspension and a fibreglass body. Most of the small production was exported to the United States, however a few including this one was built as a right hand drive version and remained in the UK.

This car has been in the same family since 1969 and has driven less than 16,000 miles. It is finished in blue with a silver roof and is on wire wheels. It has been stored in a barn for a number of years and whilst the fibreglass body is in reaonable condition, the chassis and engine will require attention before this powerful sports car can return to the road.
