A PAIR OF ORMOLU-MOUNTED, PIETRA DURA AND EBONISED CABINETS, each with a rectangular verde antico marble top, above an egg-and-dart moulding, the frieze with an acanthus and flower stem cast mount, the door with eight pietra dura inlaid slate panels of birds and flanked to each side by a bearded herm figure with twin dolphin and acanthus-cast foot, the sides each centred by ribbon-tied trophies, on arched plinth base centred with a grotesque mask and flanked to each side by lion trophies (slight differences in size; the larger with five repaired pietra dura panels, the marble top repaired, egg-and-dart moulding to left hand side broken; the smaller with one cracked pietra dura panel), 19th century
