engraving, 1565, first state (of two), with the address of Cock, a fine impression, watermark Gothic P, with narrow margins or trimmed on or just within the platemark at the right, and within the borderline at the bottom, just affecting the lower part of the lettering, some very pale discolouration, a little surface rubbing at the upper left, a very fine, uninked printer's crease across the lower left corner, some old creasing of the corners visible on the reverse, one or two tiny perforations, otherwise generally in good condition
