cover 1866 (31 May) cover from King William's Town addressed to Grahamstown, bearing 1d. deep carmine-red block of four, margins all round except at right where cut into and slightly crumpled, good colour, tied by black triangular cancellations; backstamped "KING WILLIAMS TOWN/MY 31/1866" red oval d.s. and "GRAHAMS TOWN/JU 2/66/CAPE COLONY" c.d.s. in black; cover with some tears.
