manuscript on cream paper, the central roundel with text written in gold naskh, surrounded by roundels containing the names of God, Muhammad, Hasan, Husain and the Rightly-guided Caliphs, in a rectangle of gold and ploychrome floral sprays on dark maroon ground, two rectangular panels of gold text below, bordered on three sides by watercolour pictures of various objects each named in Arabic including a tree-of-life on either side, a semi-circle above showing the Ka'aba and the Great Mosque at Medina, the whole forming an arched panel bordered by a gold naskh inscription, each section within a gold margin between black rules, outer border of gold meandering flowering palmette vine containing a roundel showing further mosques in the upper corners, colophon in bottom panel of text signed by Ahmad Kamil, framed and glazed
