Madame déménage! (L.D. 3590)
lithograph, 1867, on thin wove paper, probably a unique trial proof in a first state unrecorded by Delteil, with the title 'Translation des Cimetières. Hurrah! Les morts vont vite' deleted in pen and ink and inscribed 'Refusé', with additional manuscript title 'Les voyageurs pour L'Èternité!' (the latter both also deleted) and further titled 'Madame déménage!' and 'Bon à tirer' (Delteil records only two proofs which are clearly in a second (final) state with the printed title 'Madame déménage'; the print was never published), a fine impression, with margins, a small loss at the upper left sheet corner, three horizontal folds visible mainly on the reverse, some pale discolouration, otherwise generally in very good condition
