A VIKING HACK-SILVER HOARD, comprising a silver bracelet formed from tapering wire twisted together, misshapen, 3 3/8in. (8.5cm.) across; a fragment of a heavy interlinked chain, folded back, 2½in. (6.4cm.) long; two 'cigar'-shaped ingots, 4¼in. (10.7cm.) and 3¾in. (9.5cm.) long; three fragments of ingots, 1¾in. (4.4cm.) long max.; and a cut penny of Edgar (959-975 A.D.), all 10th Century A.D.
