gouache heightened with gold on paper, Khosrow receives the two sages at the court while attendants offer refreshments, further figures can be seen in rooms to the left and on the roof, panels of diagonal black nasta'liq within gold clouds and illuminated triangles above and below, margins and leaf as previous lot, (very minor rubbing, negligible damages to edges), verso with 20ll. of black nasta'liq in four columns on gold-sprinkled paper, margins as recto, illuminated divisions and heading (slight discolouration from recto)
