FIRST EDITION, half-title state with "[Price One Shilling and Six-pence.]" and imprint "Entered at Stationer's Hall." Another state with price given as "One Shilling" is given priority by Williams, but Wise and Scott maintains the reverse order suggesting "it may have been reduced in price to obtain for it a larger sale" (p. 268).
